To turn a certain behaviour into a daily habit takes a lot of discipline, accountability & mostly a bright pink, glitter diary to write the same thing in everyday. Mid-December I had wrapped up work for the year & was rapidly moving towards the Christmas cheer.
Post-Chrissy, I was off to China for two weeks on a Student Learning program & returned to post-holiday life with the intention to jump back into my routine, read more & start to work on a few projects before I dived into employment.
Oh boy, was I wrong.
I was in a gross funk & felt absolute shite! I knew I had to be proactive & to my surprise my ultimate time-pass, Instagram, was my saviour. I came across this post below from the hair queen:
I decided to give it a go. Three days in & here is how I’m tracking:

I’ll keep adding items on the list & hopefully get back into a solid routine!
